Nora Hazel Point Estate is a 42-acre private property that includes two large villas with spectacular views over the Sir Francis Drake Channel on the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands.

Roy Keegan, Arawak’s owner and buyer worked closely with the Interior Designer from New York for this project.  The Interior Designer travelled to Tortola regularly to oversee the project, and Arawak was pleased that much of the furniture, fixtures and fittings required were able to be provided from stock from Arawak’s Road Town, Tortola warehouse.  Items in the warehouse at the time were identified by the Interior Designer as ideal for purpose.  The outdoor synthetic furniture was chosen from the catalogue and made to order.
