Cooper Island Beach Club is a family owned, eco resort on the sandy northwest shore of Cooper Island, British Virgin Islands.

The resort is self-sufficient in power and water, and the Resort takes pride in reducing it’s environmental impact while creating a unique eco luxe experience for visitors.

Roy Keegan, Arawak’s owner and buyer was approached by the Resort’s original managers to provide eco-friendly furniture, fixtures and fittings for the fully re-developed Beach Club, Restaurant and Hotel Rooms.

The brief for the style of the resort was an updated, modern, beach-chic look ensuring that sustainable elements were always considered.  Roy recommended furniture pieces that were repurposed from old antique wooden boats in various bright colours which worked well with a Caribbean feel, as well as reclaimed teak wood wherever possible.
