Nevaeh Villa is located in Long Bay, Anguilla.

Arawak was part of a construction team from the British Virgin Islands that were chosen to collaborate with the owner of Nevaeh to design and construct a villa that would meet the owner’s wishes for a vacation home where multiple family generations could reside and spend quality time together.

Arawak’s owner and buyer, Roy Keegan brought his knowledge of Balinese design, architecture and culture to source custom structural elements unique to Nevaeh, including wooden pergolas, courtyard posts, and intricate stone carvings featured throughout the property.

Although Arawak Interiors is well known in the BVI for their distinctive furniture, interior décor, and custom designs, Arawak was selected to work on this project by OBMI architects specifically for Roy’s contacts in Asia, and ability to work with architectural structures and deliverables.

Arawak were proud to provide:

•         Outdoor pergolas - including a pergola for the yoga area

•         Carved stone panels inset into exterior walls and walkways

•         Carved wooden panels inset into interior walls
